The steam condensation water of each device is collected and used as a heating source in winter. It has been used by enterprises.； However, in summer, it is rarely reported as a heat source for office refrigeration (so that the air conditioner can be stopped). It is economical to return the steam condensate of each device to the boiler and use the secondary waste steam as a heating source in winter.
You can consider directing the condensed water to the place where desalted water or deoxygenated water is used in the device. It would be wasteful to use it directly as a heating source.
We are a coking unit, and our condensate water was modified to heat the alkali solution during the shutdown this time. In the past, it was heated by steam. The alkali solution often crystallized, so it is much better to use condensate water.
The steam condensate can heat the alkali solution and feed the gas separation depropanizer tower.
We use the waste heat of steam condensation water as a heat tracing source for the device. After recovering the waste heat, the condensation water is sent to the boiler.
