1. Society is full of injustices. Don’t try to change it for now; BTZK has to get used to it first. 　　(Because you can’t control it.) 2. The world won’t care about your self-esteem; people only look at your achievements. Do not overemphasize self-esteem before you have achieved anything. 　　(Because the more you emphasize self-esteem, the worse it is for you.) 3. You’ve only graduated from middle school; you usually won’t become a CEO until you actually hold that position. 　　(Only up to this point will people not mind the fact that you only have a high school education.) 4. When you find yourself in a difficult situation created by others, don’t complain; you can only silently learn from it. 　　(You need to quietly pick yourself back together and strive again.) 5. You need to understand that before you were born, your parents weren’t as \"boring\" as they are now. You should realize that this is the huge price they have paid to raise you. 　　(You must always be grateful to them and show them respect – that’s the truth.) 6. At school, it isn’t that important what rank you achieve, but that’s not the case once you enter society. No matter where you go, there will be rankings. 　　(It’s common for societies and companies to rank themselves; one should have the courage to compete.) 7. There are holidays at school, but that’s not the case when working in a company – you can hardly take any breaks, and it’s rare to be able to enjoy holidays in peace. 　　(Otherwise, you’ll fall behind from the start of your career, and it might even keep you behind forever.) 8. At school, teachers will help you learn*, but that’s not the case in a company. If you think school teachers are strict with you, that’s because you haven’t started working in a company yet. Because if the company isn’t strict with you, you’ll lose your job. 　　(You must be fully aware that companies require more strict standards of themselves than schools do.) 9. People like to watch TV dramas, but you shouldn’t watch them; it’s not part of your life. As long as you are working at the company, you have no time to watch TV dramas. 　　(I advise you not to watch it; otherwise you’ll embark on the path of watching TV series with great interest, and you will lose your chance at success.) 10. Never criticize others behind their backs, especially not by calling your boss ignorant, cruel, and incompetent. 　　(Because such a mindset will lead you down a difficult and tortuous path of growth.)
