Safety is always number one for businesses. I’ve learned it, thanks to the original poster!
Safety is for production; production must be safe. A sound reward and punishment system is very effective in preventing safety accidents. I remember a friend saying that he implemented a fairly strict safety reward and punishment system; those in charge whose teams met the required safety standards received substantial rewards. As a result, the safety compliance rate improved significantly, fewer safety accidents occurred, and the company saved a considerable amount of money on compensation costs related to such accidents. Every enterprise needs to establish a practical safety reward and punishment system. Hurry up and implement it!
