1. It is prohibited to set up temporary welding or cutting work areas under high-voltage overhead lines, and buildings or flammable materials must not be piled up there. 2. Welding and cutting operations at the construction site must comply with fire safety requirements; two fire extinguishers with a rating of at least 4B should be provided for every 30 square meters, and the “Ten Prohibitions on Burning” rules must be strictly followed. 6. An approval process must be followed before carrying out hot work, and sign-off procedures for information disclosure must be completed. 7. Strictly enforce the reward and punishment system: those who abide by fire safety regulations, do not cause any fires of any severity, are able to eliminate potential fire hazards or bravely extinguish fires shall be commended and rewarded. Those who violate these regulations and cause fires will be punished according to the severity of their actions; in cases where serious consequences occur, criminal liability will be pursued in accordance with the law.
