The smoke dust removal truck in our factory has been emitting black smoke since it has been hot recently. The dust removal truck always emit black smoke 30 to 40 seconds before loading coal. The dust removal truck is produced by Dalian Heavy Industry and emit less smoke in the winter. The most common observation is that the waste gas drawn by the vehicle is not good in the combustion chamber. The repair can not find the fault. Please help find the reason.
Check whether the spraying intensity of the dust removal truck is sufficient, whether the filter effect is ideal, and whether the technology used can keep up with the requirements.
Starting from the fan, the air volume should be increased to allow the derived waste gas to be fully burned.
There should be no major problems in use. When other conditions remain unchanged, the density of air is greater in winter, and the same volume of air enters the combustion chamber, while the opposite is true in summer. I think it's still a design flaw overall.

The smoke-eliminating trucks in the Fourth Ring Road also have the same problem. I think it's a design problem. The combustion chamber is small. A large amount of smoke and dust enters and is removed by the fan before it is burned. This has nothing to do with the speed of the extension speed. It has nothing to do with spraying, which can only reduce dust. An auxiliary combustion chamber should be added or connected to the dust removal on the ground.
Our company also has this problem. There is a lot of black smoke in the first 20 seconds of pumping out gas.
It should be due to incomplete combustion. Our factory had a similar problem before. Our factory added a return gas pipe to the coke side of the furnace top to guide the gas to the bottom of the smoke elimination truck sleeve. Before starting to load coal, connect the return gas pipe to automatically ignite the gas using the high temperature in the furnace to improve the combustion effect. After the transformation, the effect is pretty good.
Before smoking, the fan has just been started, the air volume cannot reach the specified value, and the negative pressure cannot be reached. Positive pressure must be generated at the leak of the smoke elimination and dust removal vehicle, and black smoke will come out. The solution is to turn on the fan in advance so that the entire system can fully exchange air.
The root cause of black smoke is incomplete combustion? Is the air/gas ratio unreasonable? How to solve it? We all put down the sleeve, turn on the combustion support in advance, and then start loading coal. There is a lot of black smoke in the first few dozen seconds in hot weather. Does anyone have any good solutions?
