How to add company LOGO in picture frame

Please tell me, I want to add the company LOGO (insert into a picture file) into the picture frame and then edit it into blocks. Why can't the LOGO picture be added?
I used cad2006 to do it and it can be achieved: 1. Make logo pictures: logo.jpg. 2, copy logo.jpg. 3. Open cad, create a new frame, ctrl+v, adjust the size of the logo in the frame. 4. Generate blocks, name them, and protect them. 5. Create a new cad file, insert the block generated previously, and put the logo in it, over.
If it's simple, just draw it directly on CAD and then adjust the size. The logo of our unit is drawn directly on CAD or there is an image manager in the insertion using CAD2004 as an introduction. It is best to use vectorization software to make one and then insert it into AutoCAD.
