What kinds of pipelines are generally required for utility systems?
Production water, circulating water, compressed air, nitrogen, instrument air, steam, etc

Utility systems generally include: steam, compressed air, circulating water, chilled water, water supply and drainage, industrial water, etc.
Do some material pipelines also need to be equipped with drain valves and vent valves?
