Have you ever seen a pipe with its outlet at a manhole? I wonder what the advantages and disadvantages are?

Having the pipe outlet on the manhole is not worth the drawbacks it brings! It’s not allowed when strict requirements aren’t met; one can only say that the designer sought to be innovative. We have never used such a design before.
It’s best not to do this, as mentioned on the 4th floor. When modifying a process, safety, ease of operation, and convenience for construction and maintenance must be taken into consideration first

During maintenance, a elbow with flanges can be considered to facilitate the removal of the manhole cover and pipes. Personally, I think it can still be installed on the manhole, after all, that reduces the number of pipe openings by one. :lol
