The on-site application of vinyl ester resin requires strict environmental conditions: a temperature range of 10–30 degrees, humidity below 75%, and a moisture content on the cement substrate of less than 4%. These requirements are determined by the curing properties of the resin. To ensure good construction quality, such conditions must be met; otherwise, the result will be a substandard structure. In the situation described by the poster, colored steel sheets can be used to reinforce temporary shelters. If it rains frequently, it is advisable to use dehumidification equipment (the cost is not high, and such equipment is available for rent). The key factor is whether your schedule and budget allow for this; otherwise, you’ll have to rely on favorable weather conditions

The book \"Corrosion Prevention Construction Management and Construction Techniques\" states that the relative humidity in the construction environment should not exceed 80%; therefore, a relative humidity of around 80% is acceptable.
