The bearing of the residual liquid pump needs to be replaced every three days or so. The outlet valve is located outside; it is necessary to get in touch before starting the pump. However, it’s not clear whether the outlet valve can be opened in time once the pump starts generating pressure. The operator leaves after starting the pump, which may lead to vacuum conditions. There are generally no issues with the pump’s installation. Can it be determined that these two factors are the cause:
Personally, I don’t think these two points are the main reasons. Several factors can be considered as the reasons for bearing burnout: 1. Are the bearings the original design ones, of reliable quality, and well-lubricated (make sure not to use too much oil)? 2. Check whether the pump is overloaded, whether the shaft is bent, whether it has good dynamic balance, and whether the axial runout of the shaft steps is within acceptable limits. 3. Is the axial play appropriate? Is the fit between the inner and outer rings of the bearing proper?
Personally, I think it’s a problem with the device itself, or an issue related to the quality of maintenance
Could you explain the structure of the pump more clearly? Sometimes it’s not possible to determine the model just by looking at its name. There are several reasons why bearings burn out: 1. Too little lubricating oil. 2. There is a problem with the shaft’s alignment. 3. Bearing assembly issues. 4. Bearing quality issues. 5. The equipment is not properly aligned. There are many more; it’s necessary to see the site in person to analyze them.
