What standard is HGJ46?

I majored in mechanical engineering. I received a set of equipment drawings (old-style drawings), and the standard for pipe flanges specified there is HGJ46-91. Isn’t the standard for pipe flanges used these days always from the HG2059X series? What kind of flange is this again? I checked online, and it seems to be a thrust flat welding flange.
