Our company has just signed a new contract for a component with a diameter of 6000 mm and a length of 19000 mm. It can only be manufactured on-site, and the location where it will be produced is not in the same province as our company; it’s an off-site manufacturing process. I’m not sure whether our company is qualified to handle this task

This administration will assign an institution with the appropriate qualifications to conduct an inspection on-site. If your facility meets the requirements for manufacturing pressure vessels, they will issue you a permit for manufacturing in another location (which has an expiration date). The **General Administration for Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine** will also assign a testing agency to inspect your equipment. Once the inspection is successful, you need to submit an application to the local testing agency, and only after everything is in order can you issue a start-up report；
