The coking radiation feed pump that was normally preheated and was on standby suddenly stopped cranking (it had been cranking normally before). Have you ever encountered a similar problem? What is the reason and how to deal with it? I hope experts can give me some advice.

We have never encountered this situation before. At first, we thought that the preheating temperature was not enough for solidification. However, after increasing the preheating temperature and flow rate, the problem persisted. Later, we found a fitter to disassemble the pair of wheels and found that the problem was not with the pump, but with the motor rotor and stator getting stuck.
We have never encountered it, doubt it: Is the mechanical part caused by the motor? Coupling reason? In addition, it may be blocked by coke powder.
Find two good guys, add a slightly longer iron rod to turn the car, and give it a final try, maybe it will turn with just a little strength.
