Participate more, speak more, and you will surely gain a lot!
1. Three kinds of diligence: diligence in movement, diligence in thinking, and diligence in speaking. This means thinking more, observing more, being active in action, learning from experienced colleagues, handling matters with humility and caution, putting aside one’s arrogance, asking questions when something is not understood. Avoid talking nonsense, spreading rumors, and being foolish. 2. You must not slack off in business skills*; this is the foundation upon which you can rely. With real expertise, you gain capital. 3. Be good at uniting your colleagues, seeking common ground while respecting differences; use your efforts to create a harmonious working environment, which is conducive to your growth.
One must be humble and ask questions frequently; under no circumstances should one pretend to know something when they don’t. There is no room for carelessness in chemical processing.
