The operating pressure ranges from -0.1 to 1.0 MPa, and the operating temperature is at room temperature.
I think welding is more reliable
I’ve heard from pressure vessel suppliers that welding generally offers better reliability and sealing performance compared to threaded connections. However, since the pressure in your case isn’t very high, either method can meet your connection requirements. I think you should choose whichever method is more convenient depending on the actual situation – whether welding or threaded connections is easier to use
