Currently, there is 1 4-ton thermal oil boiler and 1 10-ton steam boiler, both of which use grain husks as fuel. I want to install a flue gas heat recovery system. May I ask how the flue gas flow rate should be set? Can the use of grain husks as fuel be treated in the same way as using coal? Also, is the amount of dust generated high? Can a radiator-type device be used as a heat recovery exchanger? Thank you all for your advice!
Straw fuel produces a large amount of smoke, and its smoke output cannot be calculated based on that of coal.
The amount of flue gas is definitely large; it’s not a matter of calculation. There is a lot of dust and smoke. What is the shape of the radiator?
Do the 2nd and 3rd floors refer to the large amount of flue gas generated per unit mass of fuel, or rather the high ratio between the amount of flue gas and the theoretical amount of air required?
