Hello, fellow sailors~~~ Welcome everyone! ! ! ! I’ve been working on simulations related to reactive distillation lately, and I’m facing issues with the settings under DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS in the BLOCKs~ If anyone knows how to deal with this, could they please explain it to me? It would be great if there are any relevant materials available as well~ Thank you in advance~
In my understanding, there’s no fundamental difference between the design specification in the individual understanding module and the module design in Radfrac; the settings are also similar. If you have any questions, feel free to share them in more detail so that others can help you out
Design specification and vary are used to address some design issues. Sometimes it is necessary to specify the values of certain output variables; in such cases, it should be allowed for the value of an input variable to change in order to meet the design requirements. In the design specification module, it is necessary to specify which model variables need to be determined and what values they should take, which model input variables are adjustable, and that the number of variables in the design specification equals the number of variables in the vary section. In the design specification, set the target variable; use vary to set the variable that will be changed. Hope it helps, hehe.
