What is the required oxygen content in the system when purging the oxygen-enriched Claus sulfur recovery unit? How much does Claus oxidation, exhaust gas treatment, and exhaust gas incineration cost?
The so-called oxygen-enriched process is mainly a corresponding measure taken to increase the reactor temperature in response to low acid gas concentration conditions. It has nothing to do with the oxygen content control in the system. Its oxygen content control is the same as the non-oxygen-enriched process.
