Our factory’s DN1200 ammonia vaporization tower uses floating valve trays. The amount of ammonia water fed into the tower was originally around 10 cubic meters per hour; now the amount has been increased slightly, but once it exceeds 14 cubic meters per hour, the tower gets flooded. It’s not just that the design capability is reduced; there’s also a blockage inside it.
There must be a problem with the tower; even a 20-cubic-meter tower shouldn’t have any issues. Check what’s going on inside the tower.
