Creating spreadsheets

When using WPS or Excel to create spreadsheets, how can one ensure that the cells in one row are not in the same column as those in the next row, and are instead located somewhere in between or within those cells of the upper row? ? ? :L
You can merge the two cells in the previous row into one
This person can easily handle it: the table in the previous row can be divided into several columns in EXCEL but combined into one column, while the row below can be split up so that elements can be placed wherever desired
Use the “Merge Cells” command to merge the two columns in the second row.
