In a compressor system, what are the reasons for an excessively high liquid level in the surface condenser? Please think creatively, okay?
There are probably the following reasons: (1) The steam discharge volume of the turbine has increased； (2) The system operates under load ； (3) Failure of the condensate pump, and the backup pump did not start in time ； (4) The return valve or make-up valve was accidentally opened ； (5) The flow rate of the cooling water is too high ； (6) Internal leakage of the surface cooler ； To be supplemented! ! !
1: Float level gauge failure 2: Poor drainage of condensate 3: Clogged pump inlet filter
The vacuum level is too high； The valve that the pump pushes fluid through is stuck or damaged.
For two reasons: 1 is false. 2 means it was swallowed and not vomited out.
