Dear friends who work in oil companies, is there a big difference between your salary and income?
Our company's salaries are confidential, but I'll give you a rough idea. The salary is between 1,500 and 2,000 (RMB).
The income of our ordinary employees is 1,500-2,500 yuan, but they only need to work for 30 days.
It depends on who you compare with. Our average workers’ salary plus bonus is just over 2,000 yuan, and we also have a year-end bonus of several thousand yuan at the end of the year. The managers can’t figure it out.
The salary difference is not very different~ but the bonus difference is very different~ so the income difference is also very different
There should be quite a big difference. Between various oil refining companies, the differences within units are not very big. There are a little more frontline workers, about 3,000, general department cadres about 2,000, and leaders about 4,000.
The annual total income of our ordinary workers, including senior technicians with the highest salary plus bonuses, is about 40,000 yuan, and the annual difference between the ordinary workers with the lowest total income is more than 10,000 yuan.
Our salary ranges from about 2,500 to 5,000 yuan, but the difference in bonuses is huge, and the difference is ten times higher for ordinary employees.
It's hard to say, hard to say, different positions have different salaries. But the comparability is not great.
The income of our ordinary employees is 1,500-2,500 yuan, but the income of middle-level and above cadres is much higher.
Ordinary employees of PetroChina have job-based wages, and the difference is not big for the same type of work; there is a big difference between different levels, especially the biggest difference between those above the division level and those below. As far as I know: the annual income of ordinary employees is 40,000-60,000, department level is 70,000-80,000, division level is 150,000-200,000, and bureau level is 300,000-800,000 or higher.
