As title: How many types of heat exchanger pressure tires are there? Are there any relevant standards for various forms that can be searched?
Does the poster want to talk about the pressure test of the heat exchanger?
Vivo1314, the tire pressure tool is the tire pressure tool!
Dude, it seems like you haven’t finished what you said!
Pressure test tooling is generally based on process standards and is determined based on the actual needs of the product. The form is also determined based on structural needs. There are no relevant standards. Our factory has designed several tooling standards for product types, but they cannot represent them all. The actual interfaces are diverse and the standards cannot be all-inclusive. Generally speaking, the following points need to be considered when designing pressure test tooling:: 1. Fixed structure ; 2.Sealed form ; 3. Materials and material strength and stiffness requirements
Thank you. When we placed the order, we negotiated with the manufacturer to bring the pressing tool, but for some reason, the manufacturer did not respond. There is no way...
If a pipe mouth pressure test is required, the pressure test tooling is generally very simple. Take a blind plate on each side of the pipe shell with the same size as the flange of your pipe mouth flange (all sizes are the same, remove the neck), drill a 10mm diameter through hole on the blind plate, and weld the joints. One pipe mouth blind plate connection joint is equipped with a pressure test gauge, and one pipe mouth blind plate connection joint is installed with a water filling valve. The rest of the pipe mouths are sealed and the pressure can be tested. The overall idea for non-flange structures is similar, but a fixed structure needs to be designed.
What organization do you work for? Can you make tire pressure tools?
