Is there a standard for the vibration of pump shafts? I’ve seen many experienced technicians using seismographs to measure the vibration of pumps, but I’m not sure what level is considered normal. I hope everyone can share their opinions.

I remember there are standards, but different parts of the wheel cylinder, as well as different measurement points, result in different standards! Perhaps measuring bearing vibration or pump body vibration, etc. – the standards are different!

If you come across something you don’t know, just look up the standards; if you’re in the petrochemical industry, use the petrochemical standards – it’s clearly stated there
I have them all here: GB6075-1~6, ISO10816-1~6, but not the grades that have been uploaded.
The magnitude of pump shaft vibration cannot be determined by simple standards; it needs to be assessed based on both the parameters of the pump itself and the medium being transported. To find out the specific standards for a particular pump, one must refer to HG!
