Moderator resolves it

Moderator, I had an account on the Haichuan Forum back when I was in the third grade of elementary school. Today when I tried to log in, I couldn’t post anymore, nor could I create new topics; downloading was also not possible. I’m not sure what the reason is and I ask for help to resolve this issue. Also, when I log in, it shows my account name, but although I can access the interface and browse, it says “This is a registered account” above my account name. I don’t know what that means
It shows that the registered account is valued; surely the user isn’t logged in, but it’s still possible to browse without logging in!
Valuing your account is just a reminder shown when you log in, to avoid breaking rules.
