Which are the domestic manufacturers of high-pressure equipment for CO2 stripping urea plants?

For large CO2 stripping urea plants, the high-pressure equipment basically needs to be imported. For small and medium-sized plants, apart from Dalian Jinzhong, are there any other domestic manufacturers of high-pressure equipment?

In fact, most high-pressure equipment available today is manufactured in China; even equipment with proprietary technology is produced through domestic processing – unless there are special requirements from the patent holder or it involves new types of special material equipment. Large equipment manufacturers such as Dalian Jinzhong, Nanhua Machinery, and Lanshi Machinery are all capable of manufacturing and supplying all types of high-pressure coil equipment; other manufacturers are also available for this purpose.

Brother, Southwest Chemical Machinery is a very well-known company. Its original stock code was 000838; it was the only listed company in the chemical machinery industry. Equipment for 520,000 tons of urea production, including high-pressure reactors, synthesis towers, high-pressure washers, and ammonia preheaters, has long been manufactured in China. Due to issues related to materials and patents, some patent holders opt for foreign-designed systems with materials supplied from abroad and manufacturing carried out locally, in order to reduce costs and address transportation problems. Of course, some patent holders specifically require their partners to manufacture the products in order to maintain technical confidentiality ； Or special materials, such as duplex steel; it is believed that domestic awareness and welding skills are not sufficient, so they also need to be manufactured abroad. I’ve been to Nanhua Machinery and Jinzhong; there’s no doubt about their capabilities. The synthesis towers and high-pressure washers manufactured by Nanhua Machinery for us have been in use for 15 years now – OK!
It seems that Hebei Zhengyuan Group has also started manufacturing recently. Is Dalian Iceberg related to Dalian Jinzhong?
Hebei Zhengyuan belongs to Yangmei Group, I think; it can manufacture high-pressure equipment for synthetic ammonia and urea production
Zhengyuan Tower Equipment has manufactured a set of the four main components for urea production using the carbon dioxide stripping method, with a capacity of 30 units; these equipment components are currently being installed at Zhengyuan Fertilizer. But they are unable to manufacture equipment with large production capacity.
Dalian Iceberg and Dalian Jinzhong are part of the same entity, the Iceberg Group.
