The steam remote display is incorrect

The orifice flow meter on the steam pipeline has been showing errors recently, sometimes giving higher readings and sometimes lower ones. Sometimes it’s fine not to make any adjustments for an hour; I’d like to ask everyone for their advice.
This situation may be caused by bubbles in the pressure gauge tube; simply drain the waste water and refill it with water.
How is it determined whether the flow meter reading is too high or too low?
May I ask against which value are the high and low values compared? Considering the process conditions, does a large variation in steam demand occur when there are errors?； Try draining the pressure tap.
Problems with the pressure measurement piping or orifice plates, or faults in the differential pressure transmitter or distribution unit can all cause such issues; careful troubleshooting will surely lead to a solution~~~~
Based on the outlet CO, it can be determined whether the gas-to-steam ratio is higher or lower than actual; do bubbles form during normal operation? If so, what is the reason? Unstable pressure? Thank you all
