Approval will be granted upon meeting the requirements, and the matter will be reported to the project owner. 8.2.5 The chief supervision engineer shall review the qualifications, actual production capacity, and quality assurance system of the equipment manufacturing subcontractor, and approve them once they meet the requirements. 8.2.6 The professional supervision engineer shall review the inspection plan and requirements for equipment manufacturing, and confirm the inspection timing, content, methods, standards, as well as the testing procedures, equipment, and instruments for each stage. 8.2.7 The professional supervision engineer must review the certification documents and test reports for the new technologies, new materials, and new processes to be used in the equipment manufacturing process, and provide their opinions thereon. 8.2.8 The professional supervision engineer shall examine the production process equipment, operating procedures for major and critical components, as well as the qualifications of the relevant production personnel, and inspect the environment at the equipment manufacturing and assembly sites. 8.2.9 The professional supervision engineer shall review the quality certification documents and inspection reports for the raw materials used in equipment manufacturing, as well as for purchased components, parts, standard components, and blanks. The engineer shall also check the quality inspection carried out by the equipment manufacturer on the purchased components, parts manufactured through external cooperation, and materials. Additionally, it shall be verified that all relevant accompanying documents, packing lists, and attachments are complete. 8.2.16 After all the equipment has been delivered to the site, the chief supervision engineer shall organize the professional supervision engineers to participate in the handover process carried out by the equipment manufacturer in accordance with the contract provisions, including unpacking, inspection, acceptance, and transfer. 8.2.17 The professional supervision engineer shall review the progress payment requests submitted by the equipment manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of the equipment manufacturing contract, provide review comments, and the chief supervision engineer shall issue the payment certificate. 8.2.18 The professional supervision engineer shall review the claim documents submitted by the project owner or the equipment manufacturer, submit opinions thereon to the chief supervision engineer, who will then conduct consultations with the project owner and the equipment manufacturer to prepare an audit report. 8.2.19 The professional supervision engineer shall review the equipment manufacturing settlement documents submitted by the equipment manufacturer, provide review comments, and submit them to the chief supervision engineer for examination. The chief supervision engineer shall then conduct consultations with the project owner and the equipment manufacturer, and prepare a supervision review report. 8.2.20 After the equipment supervision work is completed, the chief supervision engineer shall organize the preparation of a summary report on the equipment supervision work.
