The principle is OK! However, for safety reasons, it must be cooled to a certain temperature, generally below 100 degrees Celsius and the pressure below 1.0 MPa, and raw water can be directly supplied. When the gasifier is stopped, after the feeding is stopped, the water system is slowly circulated and cooled down. In order to ensure a certain amount of quenching water and circulating water to promote the system to cool down, at the same time, the pressure is slowly reduced according to the pressure reduction rate, and the outside world will also supply a certain amount of raw water to the system.
At this time, the pressure has dropped, but the temperature is still very high. Can I use raw water?
In principle, it is possible to replenish raw water, but the water system must be prevented from scaling.
Generally, it is switched gradually. First, the high-pressure gray water is about 150 to 160 degrees, then the heater of the high-pressure gray water is cut out. The gray water drops to 109 degrees, then the pressure is reduced, the low-pressure gray water is cut, and finally the raw water is cut to flush the pipes.
Before injecting, you need to wait for the pressure to release and the temperature to drop to about 100 degrees Celsius. It is best not to inject it. In some places, the raw water contains a lot of minerals and salts, which can cause serious scaling.
