The income consists of: a position-based salary of 1850, a skill-based salary of 163, an experience-based salary of 18, and a compensation for working in shifts amounting to 210 (we have a four-shift, two-shift system here). There is also a bonus for working at night amounting to 150. A monthly deduction of 660 is taken for the housing fund, while 300 is deducted each month for pension, health, and unemployment insurance. Personal income tax amounts to about 50 per month. The monthly bonus, along with various other benefits such as health insurance, amounts to an average of around 1,500 yuan per month. The remaining salary plus performance-based bonuses paid at the end of the year total around 7,000 to 8,000 yuan. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my current income.
