I just downloaded the microstation tutorial, which is in php format. It’s frustrating.
You can open it with Notepad or Acrobat Reader. However, you can only see its encoding with Notepad. If you want to see the execution results of PHP, you need to install an apach server.
If the file size is large, you can try to modify the file extension, such as: rar, iso,... try it.
PHP is a scripting language like ASP. I'm surprised how you can download it. If you want to see it, you should use Dreamweaver to edit it and use a browser to browse it after installing PHP+Apache.
