A license for handling hazardous chemicals is required! Article 27 of the Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals: **A licensing system is implemented for the operation and sale of hazardous chemicals. Without permission, no entity or individual shall engage in the business of selling hazardous chemicals.
If ammonia and methanol are produced by your own company, you only need to obtain a license for the safe production of hazardous chemicals. It is not produced by ourselves; we only sell it, and a license for handling hazardous chemicals is required.
A safety assessment needs to be conducted again.
