The products (glycine) manufactured by our factory contain many small black dots; these dots are about the same size as the particles themselves. When submerged in water, some of them float to the surface. We have instructed our workers to remove them from each batch of material, but this still does not solve the problem completely, and we have received complaints from customers on several occasions. Please, anyone with similar experience, help us out
Can you figure out the reason for this phenomenon? If it can float on the surface, stir it again to see if that works, or adjust the pH value
I have encountered black and yellow spots in glucose crystals; the only way to deal with them is by manually removing them, which not only affects product quality but also yields very poor results.
