Emulsion flocculant transfer and dosing equipment. Who has it? You can send me some materials. A larger amount may be required
I really need this kind of knowledge as well. I just conducted experiments on the flocculation of fermentation broth, and found that ordinary pumps simply cannot transport the flocs – they flocculate well in the mixing tank, but get completely broken apart after passing through the pump. This applies to both positive displacement pumps and regular screw pumps. Does anyone have a better way to transport them? Thank you so much! ! !

Use a diaphragm metering pump; this type of pump is a positive-displacement pump, has no shear force, and does not cause demulsification.
If you want to avoid any damage to the flocculant at all, it is best to use compressed air for transportation
