When drawing, how to execute c in the standards

Oh, I’m sorry; I was in too much of a hurry at the time and didn’t explain clearly. Now I understand; C is the scaling factor. The dimensions of the legends in the standards are set through a grid system; the grid spacing is usually 2.5 mm, and the actual dimensions are calculated by determining the number of grids. Then scale it according to the actual situation. The scaling factor C is used here.
It’s still not very clear. If it’s to be executed, simply pressing C should do the trick.
