I’m currently using an inspection instrument and PT100 sensors for measurements. After connecting them, some of them display values properly while others do not – it seems like there might be poor contact issues, but all the components are new. I’m not sure what’s causing this problem. Sometimes the readings are fine, but when I use a different connector, things stop working properly. The inspection instrument used is an XSLE high-precision model, and the PT100 sensors are of grade A, four-wire type. I’m also using the M400 data acquisition software, which only displays the temperatures of four channels; it doesn’t show the multiple channels as specified in the manual. . . Dear experts, please help and give some advice! !

Is poor contact caused by the wiring terminals not being connected properly? Is the M400 data acquisition software 16-channel or how many channels? Is it because you have set the number of channels displayed in the real-time data to 4?

The basic situation is as follows: at room temperature, the value remains relatively stable, but when measuring other temperatures, it doesn’t work well. For example, with an ice-water mixture, the temperature reading stays around 1 degree, and this value keeps changing by about 1 degree. When it comes to boiling water, the temperature variation is even greater, around 3 degrees, and the measured value shows around 95 degrees. The differences between multiple thermistors are also unstable. Thank you! ~~~
