MTBE plant methanol consumption

Dear sea friends, how much MTBE does your MTBE plant produce per ton of methanol? I mean the actual consumption in production. Here, 1 ton of methanol yields about 2.2 tons of 95% MTBE.
Why isn’t there any reply? Is there a relatively small number of companies engaged in MTBE production?
The alcohol-to-diluent ratio should be maintained between 1.05 and 1.01; a simple formula for calculating this is C4 * isobutylene concentration * 0.46 = amount of methanol to add
The butene-1 unit following the MTBE unit produces butene in which the methanol content ranges from 0.5% to 1% (in liquid form)
We need 0.365 tons per ton here
There are no specific figures; we maintain an alcohol-to-olefin ratio of 1:1.05. The isobutylene content in the raw gas supplied by our company is not very stable
Can’t it be calculated using the alcohol-to-olefin ratio?
Can methanol not be recycled?
