For the unloading of methanol from vehicles, what process flow does your company’s existing facilities or the design methods typical of your design institute use? 1. One pump per crane 2. Multiple pumps per multiple cranes 3. Multiple cranes–zero-position tank–pump 4. Other configurations (please describe). What are the advantages and disadvantages? The actual process used is related to the amount of material unloaded. When the quantity is small, a pump and a crane, or a zero-level tank can be used. When the volume is large, one pump can be used for multiple cranes, or several pumps can be used for multiple cranes. Due to the toxicity of this medium, it is best to use a closed unloading process.
