As children, we rarely notice the passage of time, but as we grow older, its value to us becomes increasingly significant. Especially during festivals, there are often feelings of time pressing on us and of youth not lasting long for the young. Time is like money; the more one knows how to make use of it, the more they realize its value ; The poorer one is, the more they appreciate its value. The problem is that when we are rich, we often don’t know how to use that wealth and end up spending it recklessly, leaving us with little when we truly need it. Peter Drucker, a master of management, once said, “If you can’t manage time, you can’t manage anything else.” Time is the most scarce resource in the world; without strict management, nothing will get done. ” According to time management researchers, people’s time is often stolen by the following “time thieves”. (1) Look for something. According to a survey of employees at 200 large companies in the United States, company employees waste 6 weeks each year searching for misplaced items. This means they lose 10% of their time each year. To deal with this \"time thief,\" there is one best principle: get rid of things you don’t use, and store those you do use in an organized manner. (2) Laziness. The ways to deal with this “time thief” are: ① Use a schedule book ; ② Work somewhere other than at home ; ③ Start early. (3) Intermittent. Research has found that the main reason employees waste the most time is working in a discontinuous manner. When resuming work, this employee needs time to adjust their brain activity and focus before they can continue from where they left off. (4) Deep regret or daydreaming. Constantly dwelling on past mistakes and missed opportunities, sighing over them, or daydreaming about the future – both of these mindsets are a complete waste of time. (5) Procrastination. Such people spend a lot of time thinking about what they need to do, worrying about this and that, finding excuses to delay taking action, and then regretting not having completed their tasks. During this time, they actually could have completed the task and should have moved on to the next one. (6) Acting hastily without a proper understanding of the problem. Such people are the exact opposite of those who are slow to act; they rush into taking action before obtaining sufficient information on a problem, which often results in having to start over. Such people must cultivate self-control. (7) Unable to distinguish between priorities. Even those who manage to avoid most of the aforementioned problems will not achieve the desired efficiency if they do not know how to prioritize tasks. Determining priorities is a crucial issue in time management. Many people, when dealing with everyday tasks, don’t consider at all what benefits they will gain from completing a particular task. These people think that every task is the same, and that as long as their time is filled with work, they will be happy. Or, they are willing to do things that seem interesting on the surface, ignoring those that are less interesting. They have no idea how to rank the tasks and responsibilities of life by importance in order to determine what is primary and what is secondary. Before deciding what to do each day, ask yourself three questions. ① What do I need to do? ——Identify those tasks that must be done, and that must be carried out personally. ② What will give me the highest return? ——People should focus their time and energy on things that will bring them the greatest return. ③ What gives us the greatest sense of satisfaction? ——Among the things that can bring the highest returns for oneself, give priority to those that bring satisfaction and happiness. Stay vigilant against your \"time thieves\" at all times; remember that cherishing time is equivalent to cherishing life. Time is the capital of life; a person who wastes time is essentially wasting their own life. Time comes swiftly and goes just as quickly; to make one’s life more meaningful, one should cherish the short time one has. Time is equal for everyone; those who cherish it will gain endless wealth, while those who waste it will end up with nothing.
It’s very beneficial; it deserves to be promoted so that more people can learn it*.
One should learn the methods from 5S management; I find them very useful.
It makes a lot of sense, but in practice, many people are unable to do it.
I need to learn more; there are many areas where I need improvement

Don’t try to add more time to your life; rather, give life to your time. This was said by a famous person – it’s truly classic
So much time is wasted every day, and it continues to happen right now. It’s a shame; my money is being lost, haha:handshake
