The temperature at the top of the ammonia vaporization tower and the pressure there were 1.8; this value was approaching the limit. So I opened the valve for inert gas venting, and the system pressure gradually dropped to around 1.747. Then I closed that valve a little, and the system pressure started to rise again. At that point, I noticed that the temperature at the top increased from 47 degrees to 65 degrees, while almost all other conditions remained unchanged. Why did the pressure increase cause the temperature at the top to rise as well???
There is an abundance of inert gases, which affects the partial pressure of ammonia; as a result, the amount of evaporation decreases, and thus the temperature drops.
Temperature is proportional to pressure. The greater the pressure, the higher the boiling and decomposition temperatures

It must be that during the release process, the gas flow rate increased, causing the temperature to rise.

The increase in temperature of the condenser at the top of the ammonia vaporization tower is due to your previous action of reducing the pressure from 1.8 MPa to 1.74 MPa. As a result, too much non-condensable gas accumulates in the ammonia condenser, preventing the temperature from being reduced promptly. When the pressure is lowered, the temperature rises sharply; if this isn’t controlled in time, it can cause problems with the turbine in the ammonia vaporization tower.
