The gas composition in the incinerator varies greatly, and for a while the burner kept going out on its own.
An increase in hydrocarbons in the acidic gas; incomplete combustion results in black sulfur; the steam in the deaerator is of substandard quality; the water within it needs to be replaced

1. The thermocouple in the sulfur production combustion furnace is damaged. 2. Liquid sulfur line blockage, catcher vibration. 3. The valve core of the high-temperature mixing valve is broken. 4. Cooler tube bundle leak.
