On the load distribution issue of UPS

UPS supplies power to instrument systems; it can provide AC380V three-phase four-wire power, as well as AC220V single-phase two-wire power. In the case of AC380V, how do those with experience allocate the load? Can it be 100% unbalanced?
Sure. Our company has it configured in such a way that the 380V electrical supply first enters the \"three-phase compensation voltage regulator\", and then goes into the UPS; only phase B carries a current of 18A. It’s a Merlin Gerin model, COMET 15KVA S31.
It is best for the three-phase load driven by the UPS to be balanced, and efforts should be made to avoid excessive current in any single phase
