The fluoride emission from the phosphoric ammonium waste gas in our company is around 20 mg/m3. After analyzing the reasons, it was found that: 1) The temperature of the acid used in the tail washing cycle is high, reaching 65 degrees; 2) Our company’s original production capacity was 30,000 tons, but after modifications it increased to 60,000 tons. To ensure that the water content in the products remained below 2%, the temperature of the exhaust gas was increased; 3) Our company places great emphasis on environmental protection, and as a result, zero wastewater discharge is achieved. The temperature of the water used in the secondary tail washing process reaches 50 degrees, which affects the absorption of fluoride; 4) By reducing the temperature of the acid, the fluoride emission was reduced to 6 mg/m3
Also, check whether the circulation volume of the tail wash liquid meets the design requirements.
