The handover of oil tanks must be based on valid certification documents; by measuring parameters such as the height, temperature, and density of the oil, the actual volume and mass can be calculated using volume charts. If high precision is not required, one can also use a simple software program such as EXCEL for basic calculations; however, this can only serve as a reference and cannot be used as data for external submission.

Generally, no calculation is needed for this; simply select the filling coefficient during design. We aren’t manufacturers of level gauges, and even if we were, we couldn’t help you with it, as making the dial is very difficult. What we used to do was provide ordinary level gauges that only measured the liquid level height, with users having to perform the conversions on their own based on that height.
