Currently, there are several companies in China that specialize in such dust recovery technologies, such as Dezhou Best and Ningbo Far East. I wonder what the effectiveness of these technologies is? It is said that a new urea production project is necessary to be established, and our company is also planning to do so; we would like to consult with all of you here first.
Our factory also wants to go ahead with this, but we’ve heard that the costs are quite high. Does anyone know the exact amount? Please let us know

Do you need to provide the size of your granulation tower? Additionally, it is also related to the structure of your granulation tower; if the exhaust gas exits from the top and surrounding areas of the granulation tower, it is not possible to install a washing device.

At present, large-particle granulation dust is washed using dust washers, and the granulation tower needs an improved dust absorption system to reduce environmental pollution.
I heard that Zhenhai Refining & Chemical seems to have launched a dust recovery project for granulation towers; (I have their annual report from 2008 here), but there were many problems after it went into operation. I wonder how it is performing now?
