Is static height the static pressure height?

The set pressure of PSV-3250 and PSV-3251 should at least be equal to the set pressure of PSV-3150A/B/C plus the static height plus a margin. What does \"static height\" mean here? I suspect it should be something like “static head” – perhaps the person who wrote it used the wrong term. STATIC HEAD? :L

The set pressure values for PSV-3250 and PSV-3251 should be at least equal to those of PSV-3150A/B/C, plus the static pressure head, along with an appropriate margin. Are PSV-3250 and PSV-3251 the pressure setpoints of the safety valves on the pump outlet manifold, while PSV-3150A/B/C represent the set pressure of the safety valves on the pump inlet? In other words, PSV-3250 and PSV-3251 = PSV-3150A/B/C + the static head of the pump + a certain margin
It can also be described as the inter-valve pressure

Considering the context, it is more appropriate to interpret this as \"static head\"!
