When laying cables in galvanized steel pipes underground, how deep should the steel pipes be buried? Is it necessary to fill with sand? Are the requirements the same as those for directly burying armored cables? Is there any standard that can be referred to? Thank you!

The principles followed for laying cables underground are the same as those for power cables, as specified in the standard GB50168-92. Buried galvanized steel pipes need to have a diameter one size larger than those used for ordinary storage, and anti-corrosion measures must be taken!
