Hello, dear forum members. Welcome to the General English section. The main purpose of creating this topic is to provide a platform for communication for both new members and existing users. On this platform, everyone can share their opinions regarding the handling of replies posted here – for example, what kind of replies are considered meaningless, which ones earn high scores, and whether replies marked as “XXX” should be regarded as spam. We also welcome suggestions from everyone regarding the development of this section. Thank you!
1. Posts that copy and paste replies from above, posts with encoded text, or posts intended solely to gain points can be considered spam posts； 2. Posts that do not address the question, include copied content that is not relevant to the question, or contain items that require explanation yet the responder only provides the final answer can be considered meaningless posts ； 3. Those who can help others solve problems in a timely manner, as well as those who post insightful replies, will receive high scores.
To solve others' problems, it's better to have one's own opinions or to bring about deeper reflection; such posts deserve to be rated by others. If someone only says things like “I learned something” or “Thank you,” then it’s considered a pointless post. You can definitely use your right to score to rate others, and then say things like thank you or something similar
