Generally speaking, one end is welded to the container with an external wire and the other end is welded to the container. The valve is made of internal wire. Then a U-shaped pressure buffer tube is added. An internal wire joint is installed on the buffer tube, and the pressure gauge is installed on the internal wire joint.
A more formal installation method should be to weld a DN15 pipeline on the container, with the other section of the pipeline having an external thread rib, and then install the lower end of the sealing liquid bag. Most of the sealing liquid bag is filled with medium. The density of the medium has a certain relationship with the density of the medium in the container. Most of them are filled with glycerin. The bottom of the sealing liquid bag has a wire belly for easy filling, and the upper end of the sealing liquid bag is easy to fill. Connect the DN15 pipeline and then install the hand valve. The pipeline behind the hand valve is equipped with a pressure gauge nozzle. Finally, the common method of installing the pressure gauge through the nozzle is to directly connect a DN15 pipeline from the equipment, and then install the hand valve. Install a threaded short-circuit behind the hand valve, short-circuit the other section and weld the pressure gauge nozzle, and the pressure gauge is directly installed on the nozzle..

It is best to use flange connection as the instrument connection form on the equipment, especially for pressure vessels, because it involves the pressure test of container sealing. If a flange connection is used, a blind flange can be used to seal during the sealing test, eliminating many restrictions, such as the root valve not arriving, the instrument being damaged by overpressure, etc. Flange connection pressure gauge: The standard specifications of the flange on the equipment should be consistent with the standard specifications of the flange on the pressure gauge to ensure that the flanges are properly connected. ; Then connect a stop valve, add a diameter reducer if needed, and then connect the pressure gauge. The installation materials are provided by the instrument professional. After the pressure test of the equipment is completed, it can be installed according to the installation manual. If the process leaves a flange, there are two ways to install it: 1. Directly install a diaphragm pressure gauge (flange connection), but without a root valve. 2. Install a root valve with flanges on the top and bottom. The bottom is connected to the flange reserved for the process, and the top is connected to the diaphragm pressure gauge. 3. Install a root valve with a flange on the bottom and a thread on the top. Install it on the bottom with the process port, and install a threaded pressure gauge on the top. 2. and 3 require different pressure gauges and installation methods to be selected according to different media.
