I work in pipeline design, responsible for the layout of pipes within a given area, preparing drawings related to the pipelines, arranging supports and creating drawings for those supports, as well as guiding my subordinates in completing certain tasks. I just finished a project and need to write a work summary. The boss said there are no restrictions on format, content, or word count. . . Since it is a summary, it shouldn’t be a mere account of events; it should have focus, include summarization and analysis, help to draw on experience, examine problems, identify shortcomings, and formulate corrective actions, etc. The specifics depend on your work.
